The MRFC Men’s Rugby team practices Tuesday and Thurday nights year round from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

 WOMEN and YOUTH
The MRFC Women's and Youth Rugby teams practices Tuesday and Thurday nights in the spring from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

 WHERE?
Practices are held at Herrick Park in East Hampton during the spring, summer and fall. When it's snowing out you'll find us in the East Hampton Middle School Gymnasium or at the John Marshal School Gymnasium. For Current practice times and places please contactus

No skill Level is neccessary to come to practice we welcome and accomodate all levels. We are also always looking for new players, so if you are interested, come to a practice or contact anyone on the contact list for more information.
