WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT PRACTICE OR YOU CAN CALL GORDON OR RICH. DIRECTIONS ARE

DEPARTING FROM THE LONG TERM LOT AT 7:00 AM.

PREPARED. ESPECIALLY ID'S AND MOUTH PIECE.

PRACTICES
FOR UNDER-19 ARE NOW FROM 7:00pm-8:30pm AT HERRICK PARK. PRACTICE SESSIONS ARE
OPEN TO ANYONE ANYTIME.

| • Take the Long Island Expressway to the Seaford Oyster Bay
Expressway (South) |
| • Get off at Sunrise Highway (West) to Henry Street (1 block West
of Meadowbrook Parkway) |
| • Make left onto Henry Street and take to Merrick Road |
| • At Merrick Road, make a left, and take to Meadowbrook
Parkway |
| • Take the Meadowbrook Parkway South to "EXIT M-10", Loop Parkway
towards Long Beach |
| • Take the Loop Parkway to the end and make a right hand turn
onto Lido Blvd |
| • Make the first left into Lido Beach Park (parking
available) |
| • Nickerson Beach (Nassau Beach) Park is about one mile
further |
